2. Coaching Services

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
3. Booking & Payment
Payment is required according to the agreement made when booking your coaching programme or service.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If we need to reschedule a session, we will arrange a new appointment as soon as possible.
5. Refunds
Coaching programmes are designed as personalised services.
Unless otherwise required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once coaching has begun.
If you experience exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will always aim to find a fair solution.
Digital products and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
By participating in coaching, you agree to:

Communicate honestly about your goals, challenges, and limitations.
Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Seek medical advice where appropriate before making significant health or exercise changes.
Successful coaching depends on active participation.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise programme, making significant dietary changes, or if you have concerns about your health.
